The client have a refund period of 15 days. Refund can be requested as long as the license still has not been used (i.e. it has not been registered in any workstation/computer).
In order to request the refund the client can send an email to email@example.com.
Once the request has been confirmed, we will do a bank transfer back to the client with the order amount discounting 1% of the final price plus 3€ due to management expenses.
