The Architrave Group is composed of researchers and professionals belonging to two research groups: the research group in Grid and High Performance Computing (GRyCAP), and the CiD group of the Department of Mechanics of Continuous Media and Theory of Structures. Both groups belong to the Universitat Politècnica de València.

This data protection policy regulates the access and the use of the services of the site The Architrave group puts this website freely available at disposal of the Internet users interested in its services and contents (hereinafter, the "Users").

The Architrave group reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to future legislative or jurisprudential changes.

Applicable legislation

The Architrave group meets in the treatment of the personal data of its users with the current legislation in Spain, in particular, with the Organic Law of Data Protection and its implementing legislation. For that, it adopts the technical and organisational measures to avoid the loss, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the information data and the risks to which they are exposed.

Collection of data

We inform you that the personal data that you provide will be incorporated in the file "Usuarios y clientes del software Architrave" of the Universitat Politècnica de València. This file will be destined for the administrative management of users and customers, advertising, commercial prospecting and usage statistics. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in relation to your data to the Universitat Politècnica de València, Camino de Vera s/n, 46022 Valencia.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided are true and is responsible for communicating any modification of them.

The Architrave group will use your personal data with the only purpose of providing the services requested by the User and, only if you wish, sending you advertising related to the service.

The Architrave group will not transfer personal data of users to third parties without requesting your consent previously.


In the process of registration as a user, you must specify a password. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password, as well as for all activities that occur in the logged session with his/her username and password. The User undertakes to notify the Architrave group as soon as possible the unauthorized use of his/her username and password or any other security failure. The Architrave group will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may be caused due to non-compliance with this obligation by the User.

IP addresses and cookies

Because of the existing Internet communication protocols, when the User visits our web page, the Architrave group automatically receives the IP (Internet Protocol) address assigned to his/her computer by the Internet Service Provider. The registration of this IP address is used only for internal purposes, such as the statistics of access to this web site.

The Architrave group may use cookies when a user navigates its web pages. The cookies used on the website are associated only with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous user), and they do not provide for themselves any personal data of the user.
